Celestia's POV:
I was seated at the edge of the cliff along with Edwin, who was patiently listening to my blabbing for the past hour.
"I never knew that my father was this much affected by my actions," I said to him while I was viewing the ocean waves crashing back and forth from the rocks to the sea. "He must have suffered a lot when I was with Silver Shadow. This is my fault—"
"Celestia, stop blaming yourself for the mistakes that you made in the past. You have got a new life now, and it is not like you are going to repeat the mistakes that you did in the past—"
"No, I will not," I snapped. "I will not even say his name out loud. I will completely eradicate him from my thoughts and focus on being the daughter that my father always wanted."
As the blonde-haired guy next to me gave me a smile, dimples formed on both of his cheeks. "But it would not be very easy for you to forget him," he said.
