Celestia's POV:
After a moment, the redness got away from his face as his anger diminished. I struggled to understand why he even got mad at me in the first place.
"I am sorry, Celestia! I just couldn't accept that you were even thinking about reuniting with the man who has tormented you so much," Edwin said.
"Me surrendering to him is for the betterment of everyone," I said to him again.
"No," he clenched his fists as if trying to control his anger. "He can't have you in his trap again—"
It was so strange to see him this way. Usually, he is very sweet to me!
"Please don't even think about reuniting with him again, Celestia! Erase that thought off your mind," he said and breathed out.
"I am sorry, Edwin! But I can't sit still and do nothing while people around me are suffering because of me. I am the Dawn, and protecting my people is always my first priority," I said out in anger and stepped away from him.
