Bab 161: Cavern Investigation

"Five…five hours?" came some protests from the goblin champions.

The Collector peered at them and saw as the champions hunched over, some falling down to their knees. Many of them clutched at their chests, some of their deep blue eyes became even darker, the blue blood vessels lining them becoming more prominent as blood flow accelerated dangerously.

This was not due to the effects of the Collector's rapid airborne travel. Rather, this was because the champions did not possess adequately strong enough bodies to handle the very air they breathed. The environment here was heavily charged with magical energy, and the density of primal energy was such that it manifested harmful effects.
