Bab 180: Cold and Wet

Jueming strode to the edge of the cliff and peered down. There were bushes growing on the side of the cliff that blocked the view, and it was too dark to see anything anyway. He vaguely heard some crashing as Wang Jingyuan and Xiao Moxian went tumbling through the bushes. Then it quieted.

Several other masked men ran out from the woods and up to Jueming.

"Boss, are they dead?" one asked.

"Perhaps. But we must find their bodies if they are dead and their persons if they are alive." Jueming's eyes glittered in the dark. "I shall report to His Highness. The rest of you, find a way down and search thoroughly."

Wang Jingyuan thought she would be dead for sure. The only thought running through her head as she fell through the air was AHHHHHHH I FELL OFF A CLIFF OH MY FUCKING GOD I'M GONNA DIEEEEEEEEE!!
