Bab 146: The Puking Aftermath

Wang Jingyuan was astounded. She had no idea that the young general was the Crown Prince's brother-in-law, or that the young general's older sister was the Crown Princess. And she had puked all over his arm!

Yan Qiufeng seemed used to people recognizing him. "Yes, that is me."

"Miss Wang, you said you threw up? How are you feeling?" Xiao Yuhan asked.

"I'm feeling better now, Your Highness," Wang Jingyuan replied. "I…I think I drank a little too much. I'll clean up the mess. I'm so sorry again, General Yan."

"Yun-er probably made you drink a lot. Even I cannot out-drink her." Xiao Yuhan shook his head in amusement. Then he called his servants to bring some warm water and rags to clean up. Yan Qiufeng and Wang Jingyuan both got up from the floor. Wang Jingyuan did her best to wipe off Yan Qiufeng's sleeve and arm, scrubbing hard at the stains. Eventually, Yan Qiufeng stopped her.
