Bab 101: Low EQ King

Aisling never developed her close combat abilities when she was young. At least, not to an acceptable extent. She could rumble with people of the younger generation. But like most witches, she chose to depend on her elemental magic and spells. 

But, she was not that young lady anymore. 

If she had learned anything under Bekezela's tutelage, it was that she could never depend on a single ability to defeat an opponent. Every time she thought she was strong enough, that eerie man would show her she was still useless. 

Of course, that was not the case anymore. 

She might have suffered a lot and even lost her mind a little. But she was no longer prey. Not even to a crazy dragon lady who kept trying to snatch her man. 

With the lift of her hand, she gathered cutlery from the room and formed a strong bo staff with the metal material. The move was so quick and smooth that it earned surprised and appreciative gasps from the crowd.
