Soros said in between desperate breaths. There was blood in his mouth and it hurt just to speak, but he knew that if he didn't speak, he would be punched more.
"It's good that you are finally ready to speak. I was tired from punching."
Arthur said with a cold voice.
Unlike what he had thought initially, Soros wasn't an easy nut to crack.
He had needed to punch him several times in the face before he had agreed to blurt out Team Rocket's plans.
As a result, Soros' face looked like a punching bag, his face filled with bruises and blood, and his appearance now was something that was unrecognizable from his cold, sharp look.
In simple words, his appearance had become something that not even his own mother would love.
"So, what is Team Rocket doing on Mount moon?" Arthur asked as he stared right into Soros's eyes, telling him to hurry.
Soros understood that if he lied here, he would be punched again. That's why, he started speaking out about everything he knew.
"They... They... are after the moon stone and Clefairy..."
"Umm, why are they after them? Ain't it just rumours?" Arthur asked, trying to peer more into the matter.
"People think... they are rumors, but sometime ago, the headquarters... of Team Rocket got... some evidence that... there's really a Clefairy... tribe and... moon stone, hidden deep... inside the caves. Team Rocket is trying... to find the... moon stone and Clefairy tribe..."
Soros explained every single detail that he knew slowly.
According to what he said, someone called Edgar was in charge of this operation and their plan was to smuggle the moon stone and capture the Clefairy tribe to sell and experiment.
Moon stone was a rarer evolutionary stone than the others.
There are not many places one can find it, so if Team Rocket can establish a stable supply of moon stone, it can easily become a big, fat cash cow for them.
At the same time, they would be able to get their hands on Clefairy, a rare fairy type Pokemon that can fetch a large amount in the black market.
Moreover, they can evolve Clefairy using the moon stone, increasing their value by several folds.
The whole plan was rather simple and due to the location of Mount moon and it's maze-like structure, there was a rather low chance that someone would find out about them.

"What about his other Pokemon?"
"I... don't know. He never revealed his... other Pokemon. I just know... that his ace... is Ursaring."
Arthur guessed that this Edgar must have been working around the Johto region cause it was hard to find Ursarings in Kanto.
After a pause, he continued the interrogation.
"What about the other strong members involved in this operation? Give me their information too."
"There isn't... much. Just there's Ronin... he's the second in command... and uses an Arbok... and Beedrill. They didn't send... many strong... people cause the initial job... was just to... find the... exact location of the... Clefairy tribe... and report back."
Soros completed his sentence while stammering. He just wished that Arthur would let him go after the questioning.
On the other hand, Arthur just frowned after hearing all this information.
'They aren't that strong it seems, but it's still messy. Should I report it to Brock?'
He wondered in his mind.
Brock had given him his number and personal email, so he can contact him anytime.
If he just reported all this to Brock, then he will easily handle Team Rocket and Arthur would even be able to get a reward for reporting.
