Bab 107: Let's Imagine: Revelling in the Cold Lights!

"LET GO OF ME!" Chimaki pushes herself off of Aiyoma with fury.

Aiyoma puts a hand on her shoulder while looking into her eyes. "There was nothing we could do, Chimaki. If we tried to engage, they'd only get the best of us. We were outnumbered, and you know it." 

Chimaki shrugs her hand off and pushes Aiyoma back with tears streaming down her face. "I BET IF IT WAS SOMEONE FROM PHOENIA, YOU'D BE READY TO HELP!"

Yuria drops her staff and rushes over to Chimaki, putting both her hands on her shoulders. "What happened, Chimaki?!"

"Neiyo… T-They got Neiyo…." Chimaki sobs, dropping to the ground while still in Yuria's grasp.

"… W-What? How? My magic was more than potent?!"

Aiyoma rises from the ground. "I-I was only doing what I thought was best; I'm sorry…."

Chimaki clenches onto Yuria's robes wailing in her sleeves.
