Bab 24: The Worst Things

The days went over like hell on Crescent's part. For starters, the day when the rumor spread out, she was forced to leave the office through the backdoor as reports and a hundred of the prince's fanatic stormed in Median Telecommunications looking for her. She fled home hoping to find some solitude but was welcomed by the same crowd, ready to eat her alive. For fear of her life, she was left with no options but to stay with Georgi's apartment at the moment.

"The Montarini Corporate had been looking for you," Georgi announced the moment he arrived home. He went to work this morning and the same crowd that was there when this whole ordeal started was still bombarding the Median Telecommunications. It didn't die out; in fact, it was increasing in number every day.
