Bab 70: Queen Of The Sirens

 "Nooo! LEVI!" Selena cried out.

 Whirlpools instantly appeared in her palms, but Matt called out; "Don't! We're surrounded! If you attack now, we'll all die! Think, Selena! About who Levi is, what he can do, and what he would want."

 Selena's eyes were bloodshot as she fought back her emotions. She knew that Levi wasn't really dead, but it was still painful to watch his vessel die..

 "The Queen is expecting you. Follow us, or we're ordered to kill you," the largest guard said.

 "Why did you kill our friend?!" Serenity practically barked at the Siren.

 "We were ordered to dispatch the serpent, but take you three in alive...If you cooperate," the burly guard answered in a threatening tone.

 "Fine, we'll go," Matt replied stiffly as he kept to Serenity's side.

 She was looking to Levi's body when she muttered; "That's strike one.."
