Dean just kept listening to her as he doesn't know what to do right now... 

He is not sure if he should care about Athena right now... Or whatever she is Caring about? 

He is confused in this both decisions. 

He wanted to keep Athena happy in her life but right now, he knows that she will only be happy once Asher is well and happy... 

She wants to keep him happy right now and that is what she wants right now... 

Whatever it is... She only wants Asher to be happy more than her... And that is what, she wants right now... 

And it's impossible that Athena makes him happy without making an effort towards him.

They know everything and they also know that... It's impossible to make or keep Asher happy right now by Athena... 

But that is what, Athena wants to do. To keep Asher happy no matter what! 

It just, she knows that, even her presence would make him happy and thatnis what she wants to do but she does know how to do it...
