Bab 232: Her safe Haven

Leo laid in bed feeling mentally drained. Fortunately, his daughter was alive and well. He couldn't help but feel sad that someone else was caring for his child.

Not because it was bad but because he knew he had failed in his duties as a father. Where did he go wrong? He has been asking himself that question for a while now without an answer.

His wife's words broke his heart. He never knew that she held a grudge against him for what happened way back.

Since she couldn't punish him, she was now punishing their children. No matter how much he tried to accept it, it didn't sit right by him.

He felt lost for the first time in his life. Never has a failure hit him this hard. Was Karma punishing his children for his sins? Because that was the only thing that could justify what was happening.

Maybe it was time he called everyone together and told them about his secrets. The more he kept it hidden, the deeper the damage she would cause.
