"Maybe," Lucifer granted, "But a wise angel knows that you humans are fickle creatures prone to pleasing yourselves without regard to your fellow humans. Like I know that now the only thing I need to do to sow discord is to simply throw a couple of speed bumps your way. Once you all start struggling individually while the rest are enjoying some easy smooth sailing then your carefully built teamwork will quickly fall apart."
