Bab 208: Luck of the Protagonist?

The typhoon arrived before Orion expected as he was engulfed in the wide spinning monster. The howling and roaring winds quickly began to grind against the area. What trees, animals, boulders, or any vegetation. Nothing was spared as it rooted up all of them inside its tempestuous winds. 

The destruction was off the charts, the natural disaster bringing deathly pressure with it. The fact that the area had just barely endured before an earthquake which had already turned upside down its topography, helped very little. On the contrary, it boosted the devastation element supplied to it. 

The overturned plateaus,  enormous cracks, and fissures that have opened on the ground led to the revealing of gravel, boulders, soil, and stones. All of them were readily picked by the horizontal speeding winds into its tempest. Just like the cause for most of the casualties in the hurricane, it was not the wind who killed the person but the high speed debris flowing in it.
