Ha-Neul could feel his heart fall out of his chest as he heard the agent's tone. He wanted to fall on his knees and beg if required, but it looked like he would get his ass handed to him if he did so. It was already the third agency he visited, but he received the very same response from all of them. He didn't have any money on him at the moment and couldn't even afford a basic good apartment.
