Bab 118: It Takes Two to Tango

Bash ran off towards the nearest spot that we could hide. He didn't respond to my questions where the others were. The man was too concentrated on making a run for our lives as the hails continued to fall down. They weren't that much big, perhaps pea sized, but it kept on raining and too much of it will definitely end up with ugly bruises.

The tremors from earlier stopped, and now only the hailstorm and sudden snow was the problem. We finally were able to take shelter on a nearby abandoned stall. Bash put me down and then pulled me in a tight hug, as a couple rushed in the stall for shelter too.

"Hey, where are the others Bash? I thought Becky and Ali were with you boys?" I asked him.

Bash's eyes were focused outside, his face somehow incredulous with the sudden weird changes in the weather. I tapped on to his shoulder, but he still didn't give me his attention. Tapping harder, he finally whipped his head to face me with a raised brow as he asked, "What?"
