Bab 62: Drunken Gossip

THE FESTIVAL had just started and the demons and yokai have gathered in a clearing where the moon has risen to illuminate everything that was happening.

  Humans have their own performance of the legend and so thus the spiritual world. Though the play circulates on how Susanoo destroyed everything. How these demons reign over the lands.

  Kahaku watched as they merry around a bonfire. Others got ready to watch the play. Others gather just to drink and fill their stomachs.

  Everything was identical to the human world, only the ones celebrating are different.

  And Kahakui hoped that it would stay like that.

  He hoped.

  Her eyes went wide when Susanoo walked past him. Demons and yokai were beside him. Glorifying him. Getting him on their group and have a drink. And the son of a gun, just went by his side like he was not there.

  Kahaku quickly went to his side and held his arms. "Where are you going?"

  "To the festival."
