Bab 164: Investment Signing

"Announcement?" 

He stared at Mia, who felt terrible for ruining Christian's blind date even though she was on the phone. He tended not to disturb so he waited for her to end the call. 

The sparkle from Alyssum's eyes when Christian was around pounded his heart rapidly, remembering it all over again. 

Everyone was convinced Alyssum liked him but from what he was seeing, Christian was in her heart. Until now, he couldn't win her heart against his brother. 

Mia sat on the bench as he offered a drink. She just smiled and shook her head before replying, "O-okay, see you later. Bye." 

Then, she hung up the call. "Who was that?" Chance asked before drinking his water. 

"It's dad. Can we go home so we could change our clothes? We are soaked wet." she replied while looking at their clothes.
