Bab 1242: Side Story 21: How Could You Woo Someone Like This?

The night was dark and the moon hung high in the sky.

It was very quiet in the ward, with only the occasional whisper heard.

"Shen Zhijin, I'd like to eat some peaches."

He got up to wash the peaches.

"Shen Zhijin, I'd like to drink some water."

He went to the hot water room to fetch some water.

"Shen Zhijin, have I really recovered?"

He finally looked at her.

"Yes."

As Gu Tingyin lay on the hospital bed, she did not feel much comfort from this answer and sighed with a heavy heart.

This was the first time the two of them had had a meal together, and she had been sent to the hospital because of a peanut allergy. Could there be a situation worse than this?

He did not seem to have eaten much.

"Are you hungry?"
