Bab 17: I Have My Purity to Think About

In a private room in the Black Five Club.

After Song Zhizhi had finished speaking, Ji Baijian and Yin Qin both stared at her in silence, making her feel a little uncomfortable. She tried to act normal. "I've said all I wanted to say."

The corners of Ji Baijian's mouth seemed to curl up for an instant. "Hmm," he responded.

"No thoughts or comments?" Song Zhizhi asked.

"Nope."

"What is your attitude on this?" Song Zhizhi could not figure out Ji Baijian at all.

"I'm going to watch you put on a show with great interest," replied Ji Baijian.

Song Zhizhi sometimes felt like she would die from anger just by talking to Ji Baijian.

"Okay. I'll be going then," she said. 

They had nothing to say to each other anyway.

"Wait," Ji Baijian suddenly called out to her.

That did surprise Song Zhizhi. She was not expecting Ji Baijian to grace her with his precious words.
