Bab 20: The warmth that she seeks
Tsu's Point of View
It was cold of a sudden and my body cannot take it. I am generally weak against cold places and now that I am covered in ice except my head. I feel dizzy and I might pass out. Todoroki and Kaminari are on the way.
"Tsu! Get my glasses off!" Izuku said to me and using my tongue I took it and he looked at me.
He was heating up and I can feel the heat. It was pleasant as such I snuggle up to him more closely. My body wanted heat and he has it. He hugged me too and delivered heat slowly. I can hear footsteps enough to know that our opponents are close.
"Tsu, great job. I will take it from here." Izuku carried me to the side and he sat down.
"Become the best villain…Become.." I hear his mumblings and as my consciousness gets weaker, I saw something.
The ice was melted inside the room and outside. Izuku sat on a chair and crossed his legs. On the edge of my eyes, I saw them. Todoroki and Kaminari are in a fighting position. As I was drifting to lose my consciousness, he said:
/You have come, heroes\
His voice was different, everything around him was different but before he faced them he looked at me and smiled. Weakly, I smiled too.
The battle between two heroes and one villain began.
Todoroki shot many ice towards Midoriya but before it hit me it melted. They were both observing each other. Besides Todoroki, Kaminari used electricity and it hit Midoriya. It was effective as he was momentarily broken into his tracks. Midoriya is in a huge advantage.
The winning condition here was if they touch the rocket and stop the timer. The two heroes began to go run to Izuku's side, they knew when it comes to fighting Izuku is second to none but this was not a fight but a goal-oriented match.
Todoroki ran to the left and Kaminari ran to the right, Izuku smashed the floor breaking it to pieces. Now, there exists a crater in the middle.
Todoroki jumped and went below after that a huge ice was created and Kaminari ran as Todoroki distracted Izuku. Izuku punched the ice with heat and it produced large steam, all players were blown away and Kaminari used it to propel himself to the rocket.
They are about to win.
Suddenly, something stopped him. It was the tongue of Tsui but she is not able to move anymore. Kaminari electrified her but she would not let go and amplified the discharge of electricity.
Tsui got damaged until she let go of Kaminari's feet when he was about to go to the objective, he saw Izuku was straight at him and punched to his gut. Kaminari's body was like a rag doll in mid-air while all of this was happening, Todoroki jumped after Izuku melted his ice mountain.
He was several meters on it when he was blown away if you look closely you will see that Izuku's arms were battered to the point if it can be used. He was standing and his arm was slowly healing.
The bell sounded and a voice was heard.
[Team Villain wins! Congratulations to Midoriya and Asui]
Izuku went to Tsui and saw her in blocks of ice. Izuku punched a hole in the floor but Todoroki made an ice mountain, not all of the ice was melted and some got blown away. Most of the ice was blown to the side and that is where it fell on Tsui. She used her tongue to stopped Kaminari while being blocked by ice. Izuku melted the ice and wrapped Tsui in his arms but she was still cold. That is when Izuku got close to Tsui and kissed her.
Tsu's Point of View
My consciousness was regained when I heard a shockwave and saw Izuku on a stance where his arms extended to the floor. He did it. Things happen in succession. While watching, I saw Kaminari was about to go to the rocket, and Izuku was busy with Todoroki. I pushed myself to stop him from using my tongue.
'It is so cold.' I can feel the blocks of ice from my surrounding area. Kaminari was using a stance and electricity jolted on my body.
'I need to endure!! Izuku must not be the only one carrying this!' That is when Kaminari pushed the electricity more. I let go of it and was feeling paralyzed all over.
I saw in my vision that Izuku was done with Todoroki and he was in front of Kaminari.
That was the last thing that I saw.
'I feel so warm.' I feel someone hugging me and it was enveloping me in the heat but the coldness went inside my body and I can feel how paralyzed I am.
'My mouth is warm.' Something was entering my mouth and its twirling inside me. Somebody is kissing me.
'Somebody is kissing me!' I am weak and unable to open my eyes yet and when I did I saw Izuku closing his eyes. He is transferring his warmth. My mouth answered back his kindness.
I felt him hugging me tightly and as if my instincts are screaming I hugged him back. The warmth coming from him is like the sun itself.
We were like that for a few seconds but it felt so long. When we separated a line was drawn made of our tongues. It felt a little lonely.
Izuku was smiling at me.
"Good morning, Tsu." He was smiling at me and he put his glasses on. He collapsed on me afterward.
[Asui, please bring Midoriya to the clinic] I can hear All Might's voice and I found myself that I can walk it seems that being with Izuku helped a lot.
I found myself smiling on the inside as I carried Izuku using his shoulders and took the win.
It was an unbelievable win and it was my first kiss.
'It is not so bad at all.'
When Asui brought Izuku to the clinic it seems Recovery Girl was not amused.
She was checking out Izuku's status and she was worried for his future.
On her table was something she has to tell Izuku.
She heaves a deep sigh and looks at the person who was the source of her worries.
Izuku's Point of View
It is the clinic. He knew this as this was his home for those three months he was beaten by Mirko.
"Midoriya, do not ever do that again." Recovery Girl was looking at him and he felt scared.
"What do you mean?" He was confused.
"You healed the injuries coming from One For All using Sunshine." Recovery Girl sat beside his bed and was drinking tea.
"Is that not for the best? I can heal the effects of all One For All?" Izuku tilted his head.
"There is no free thing in this world. Sunshine is much deadlier than One For All." Recovery Girl takes a sip at her tea.
"How?" Recovery Girl offered him cookies but he respectfully denied.
"Sunshine accelerates your life force or it shortens your life span." Recovery Girl puts down her tea.
"My quirk accelerates the healing factor that is why you feel weak or hungry. Your quirk accelerates the cell inside your body and makes it older. It forces your cells to age to its primal state but at the cost of your life span." Recovery Girl explained.
"Using Sunshine itself is dangerous alone while One For All endangers your physical body but One For All can be fixed with the strong vessel while Sunshine cannot." Izuku was left speechless after that.
"Do not use Sunshine and One For All at the same time for now. We will think about how to minimize the consequences of it but then prevent yourself from using it too much. Izuku, if you manage to master both. You will become the strongest hero." Izuku's heart suddenly felt a thump that he felt throughout his body.
