Clearly, Kane's new origin card and victory over his bully have given him a huge confidence boost. I wanted to remind him that the bright trio were no longer as weak as when I defeated all three of them in the schoolyard and they had each forged an ego gem and started comprehension in at least one rule. But seeing Kane bloated with overconfidence I decided a good beating from one of the bright brothers would bring him back to reality and his original humble self.
