Bab 311: Ultimatum

" Please, stay. I don't want to forget about you. I love you, Angelo. Please, don't go!"

Desperation coursed through her veins as she held onto him as tight as she could. This was what she had turned into.

Angelo sighed. He should have felt relieved by how clingy she was. Happy even. Yet, that wasn't what he felt. 

Instead, he felt even worse. " Listen Zira, you can't live with me when you fear me. That's not something I want my spouse to feel. I want you to be comfortable with me and treat me like any other person.

However, we both know that it won't be happy. The possibility of you treating me like a normal man is low. You are shaking even now. Stop forcing yourself to stay with me."

He could feel the frantic shaking of her head in denial yet the violent tremble in the rest of her body was a dead giveaway.
