Bab 29: 29. Escaping

He turned around to look at the door but was too late. The door was already closed.

"You little girl.." he walked towards me angrily.

"Don't waste time. They might be here at any moment." I raised my hand in front of him to stop him. I then turned around in search for the knife.

"Knife..knife..knife.." I was opening and closing the drawers one after another. On finding the knife, I placed my hand on the platform and held the knife against my palm.

"What are you doing?" The man took a step towards me.

"Digging out the device." I answered in a low voice.

I then asked him to held my wrist tightly to lower the flow of blood.

"No. This will gust our the blood further." He said and went to the refrigerator. With a big ice cube in his hand, he returned and asked me to place my hand on it. Within minutes, my hand turned red and cold. I slowly took the peak of the knife on my palm and with a swift push I dig it in.
