Bab 203: Thin

The landing of the private jet jolted Kane awake. It took him a second to realize the sudden change in environment and that he just had a rather sweet dream. Thinking of the memory between him and Hunter, Kane subconsciously shifted his eyes towards the window, looking at the runway that was speeding by outside. He let out a nostalgic sigh as he thought of the happier days that he had with him and Leo. However, after awhile, his eyes hardened again, revealing his usual mask that he put on in front of strangers -- charming, nonchalant, yet dangerous.

The flight attendant was mesmerized by Kane's change in emotions, as he seemed to be taking a peek from the attendant's quarters once in awhile with a blush on her face. She thought that she was sneaky enough and wasn't noticed, but of corse, as a professional, Kane had obviously known that the woman was spying on him. However, he simply did not care enough to point this out to the attendant, leaving her in her own fantasies.
