The envoy dispatched from the Nanzan Kingdom travelled through the Western route and over the salt sea.

This was the fastest route from the Nanzan Kingdom to the High Kingdom and would take a month's worth of travel.

Myrina watched the party prepare for departure in silence, it was already noon, it had taken a few hours for the High King and King Roan to discuss the rest of the details.

The High Kingdom would slowly spiral into anarchy if the High King did not return soon and so they had decided to hasten their journey.

According to King Roan's calculations, it would take them at least three weeks to arrive at their destination, wherever that was and then they would possibly take a different route on their return trip if the need arose.
