Luke's POV

It's been two days now since Linda was kidnapped and still no word from those who took her. Normally, it would mean that she was possibly dead but I refuse to believe that. I have this feeling in my heart that she's still alive but I don't think whoever kidnapped her, has plans of returning her. 

I'm losing my mind thinking of why she could have possibly been kidnapped. If only I'd paid more attention to her and made sure she got to the car safely. I shouldn't have let go of her hand. If anything happens to her I will never forgive myself. 

The sound of a chair being pulled back makes me look to my side. I find Jack taking a seat and I nod at him in greeting. 

" You look terrible. " he says, studying me. 

" You're not looking any better. "
