Bab 72: The promises
"..... promise me and you have to do this forever." Kurosa's mother said firmly.
".... what is it, ma'am?" Stormy asked without giving any eye contact.
"..... promise me. Promise me you'll be on Kurosa's side forever and make her happy as her friend. When no one was there, you have to be there. But you have to be happy too, no pressure. This is your punishment." Kurosa's mother said. Stormy was shocked, so on Kurosa.
"But mom.... forever?" Kurosa asked.
"Yes. Forever." Kurosa's mother answered.
"...." both of them are speechless.
"Ma'am..... I didn't deserve this... I hurt Kurosa already and make her cry with my ego." Stormy cried. Kurosa walked toward Stormy and hold her shoulders.
"Stormy...." Kurosa said with a smile.
"Look at me." Kurosa continued. Slowly Stormy raised her head. Stormy stared at Kurosa's eyes and so on Kurosa.
"You always regrets many things. That's what makes you do the same mistake. Not because you regreting your mistakes, but it's because you're staying at that pace and didn't move on. You always remember your mistakes even nobody did. You make small mistakes into big sometimes. If you keep telling yourself that it was your fault and trying to redeem it, it can't. Past is past, no matter what you try to do. Maybe this is the best, our flaws makes us perfect." Kurosa said.
"..."
"..."
"Okay ma'am, I'll try." Stormy answered.
Then they had a little conservation.

"How was she?" The doctors asked.
"Not well..... need more!" The nurses said.
Kurosa stared at the doctors from far away.
"..... sorry for making you do hard works." Kurosa said in her mind.

"Yukina? You okay, right?" Suddenly a manly voice appeared. A muscular boy with tanned skin and dark brown hair.
"Oh, Ardolph." Yukina answered.
"I'm sorry for leaving you that time." Ardolph said. Yukina just answered calmly,
"Well, you're unconscious."
"Haha..... even so, thank you. You helped me to remember how to use that digit of our magic." Ardolph answered.
"Oh, okay." Yukina answered awkwardly.

Everyone went back to their home and the students of Kannoya Academy went back to their school where they lived in the dorms.
".... surely everything was crazy, right?" Yukina asked in her mind.
Yukina stared at the window at her room, seeing the calming sunset full of orange and pink. The birds flew toward the sun, trying to find their new home. Yukina turned her back and sat on the bed her friends gave her. Across the bed, there's a mirror from her friends too.
"..."
"Sister!"
"Ah!" Yukina realized that she was daydreaming.
"Maybe I'm too tired." Yukina thought. Then Yukina lied on the bed.
"..."
Suddenly someone knocked the door. Yukina stood up from her bed and opened the door. It was Osamu.
"Let's study more!" Osamu said. But Yukina asked,
"Why?"
"THE TEST IS NEXT WEEK!" Osamu yelled.
"Oh, you have exams? Okay then, I'll help you." Yukina answered. Osamu yelled,
"YOURS!"
"Eh?" Yukina was shocked. She forgot about the fast studying program to get her to High School.
"Okay, let's study now." Osamu said. Then they both started to study together.
After a few hours,
"Okay, I think you're good to go." Osamu said. But then Yukina asked,
"I want to know more..... about magics."
"Oh.... okay." Osamu answered. Then Osamu started to explained.
"You know, magics are variables, but there are some kinds that are classified. First is the elemental magic that holds any element they got. The second is the weaponly elemental magic, you know what is it, right? Then the third was the magic generation that passes through generation non-stop. If you want to learn it, you most likely can't. The fourth is the magic-eater. Magic-eater was similar to copying magic or steal magic, but it's kinda like the mix. Magic-eater will took your magic and you couldn't use that magic, because someone sometimes has more than one magic. If it's magic stealer, then they'll steal all of your magic no matter what. If it's copy magic, then they just copied one of your skills. And there's the world magic. The world magic created a world somewhere and can put something or someone in it. But once you entered the world magic, it will be very hard to get out. Usually the world magic described the owner. There's the crystal user magic. They used crystal as their source. Their weakness is if their crystal's energy are empty then they need to charge it in a long time, arround 100 years to used it optimally or even more. The one who possessed their magic from the crystal surely has a crystal user magic, but even the smartest and the most skillfull crystal magic user sometimes couldn't possessed it well. There's the magic weapons user. They usually have the weapon passed by to their generations. And the others aren't classified. Any questions?" Osamu asked while folding his hands together.
"I have one. What's the difference of magic generation and the usual magic since we all got it from our parents?" Yukina asked.
"Hmmmm hmmmm hmmmm, good question!" Osamu said while pusing his glasses and his glasses shined. Shining Shimmering Splendid.
"Well, so remember Alicia, one of the people who possessed magic generation. Her father has different magic, it is ice magic. But why Alicia just got her mother's magic, it is the control of 4 elements from her sword. And remember ummmm..... who..." Osamu said trying to explain it. Yukina were still thinking. Then Yukina said,
"Well, if it's compared to example Asuka's magic then it's different. I think Alicia's ancestors have the same magic as her."
"Well, it is it!" Osamu cheered.
"But it didn't explained why did they classified it differently." Yukina answered.
"Aaaah...." Osamu cried, he didn't know how to explain.
"Well actually it's quite different."
"HOAAAH! WHO'S THERE?!" Osamu screamed.
"Well, it's me, Junko Mori." Junko said. Junko was sticking on the window.
"But... shouldn't your name was Jewelia?" Yukina asked.
"Not anymore.... people recognized me now." Junko said with a poker face. Junko started to opened the window and came in.
"Oh, it's actually normal." Yukina answered. Then Junko started to explain.
"Magic generation passed to the generations, so on the other magic. But magic generation has special blood. If they married another magic user that wasn't the magic generation, then their children will still possessed their parents magic who has the magic generation gen. It won't mixed. Unlike Rheinalth's parents that has ice and water magic, they mixed." Junko said.
"I see.... then what if a person with magic generation married another magic generation?" Yukina asked.
"Then their kids will possessed it. One kid possessed one magic generation." Junko answered.
"I see. Thank you, Junko." Yukina said.
"Okay and where's Denzel's room?" Junko asked.
"Oh..... hmm..." Yukina tried to remember where is Denzel's room. But then Junko started to get out from the window and said,
"Thank you!"
"But I didn't tell you anything....." Yukina said. Then Yukina and Osamu studied together again.
