The next day, Wen Ran woke up early.

It was the first time she woke up while Mo Xiuchen was still fast asleep.

She carefully removed his large hand embracing her waist, smiled gently at his handsome, serene face, dressed, and quietly left the master bedroom.

An hour later, Mo Xiuchen awakened. When he reached over and found the other side of the bed empty, his eyes flashed with confusion. Judging by the temperature of the sheets, Wen Ran had been up for quite a while.

The door to the master bedroom opened from outside, and bright light poured in with Wen Ran's entrance. Her soft, joyful voice filled the room, "Mo Xiuchen, you woke up just in time for breakfast!"

A smile perked at the corners of Mo Xiuchen's eyebrows, and he asked, "Did you get up to make breakfast?"

"Yes, I couldn't get back to sleep, so I just went down to help make breakfast. What do you want to wear? I'll get it for you."
