Bab 23: Special Request
Sofia POV,
"Sofia, please help RM get dressed, he will interview soon", Kim Raim told me
"Ye, oenni", I replied
Then I went to the stand hanger and looked for clothes for RM and ran to where the interview was being held. Well, this isn't an interview on a music or television show, it's an interview for their documentary film. Each member usually conducts an individual interview answering questions from the director related to their feelings about the concert or group.
"Excuse me, RM ssi this is your clothes", I said when I arrived in front of RM
"Ah, gomawo", he replied, taking off his shirt and wearing the clothes I brought
I helped him straighten his clothes and hair before he sat down and started the interview.
Then I walked back to the dressing room to continue my work, washing the members' clothes for the concert tonight. We are in Bangkok right now, where the last "Love Yourself" concert will be held, just a few days before BTS' new album release.
"Sofia ssi, where is the accessory box?", Asked Haewon while looking around
"I've put it on the table beside the mirror, oenni," I replied, pointing to the table in the far corner
"Arasso", she replied as she approached the table
I take out Jhope's clothes from one of the air-dressers in front of me. At concerts like this, this tool really helps us, because besides being practical, the clothes also clean and dry faster.
Almost all the clothes that will be worn tonight have been cleaned, only a few clothes for Jungkook, Jimin and RM's solo performances are still in the air-dresser.
"Sofia ssi, can we talk for a moment?", Asked V suddenly approached me
"Huh? Ah, mianhae ... my work is not finished yet", I replied regretfully
"Then I'll wait in the dining room, I have something to say," he said, pointing to the exit
"Ye. I'll see you as soon as my work is done", I replied smiling at him
"I'll be waiting for you," he said, then went out of the dressing room
What does he want to talk about? Is there any change again ?, I asked myself. These few days V and I have indeed spent a lot of time together, this is because he is asking for my help to make friendship bracelets for other members as a gift for BTS's 6th anniversary in June.
Currently we are still discussing the bracelet design, because V has made several changes to the design and there has been no final decision from him till now.
"When the preparations are finished, you can take turns having dinner, we only have less than 4 hours before the concert starts", said Kang Yeri giving announcement to all stylists
"Ye, Gyejang nim", we replied
Several hair-stylists and make-up artists walk out of the room for dinner (very early dinner) in the dining room that has been provided.
"Let's eat", said Juyoung
"You guys go ahead, I'm still waiting for this", I replied, pointing to the 2 air-dresser machines that were still running
"Okay, oenni, kajja", invite Juyoung to Haewon and Youra
10 minutes later my work was finally finished. I checked my watch, it's almost 4.30 pm at this time. I immediately walked quickly to the dining room.
"Sofia ssi, yeogi (here)!", Call V when I will enter the staff dining room
"Huh? Not here?", I asked, confused looking at him who walked over to me
"Ani. It's full inside. We'll eat in another dining room," he said, inviting me to a dining area at the end of the other hallway.
"Kajja (come on)", said V, inviting me to enter the dining room which is quieter
When entering this room, I saw the members having dinner at the long table in the middle of the room. Several staff and crew were also seen filling the tables around the members.
"Sit wherever you want, I'll take my food first", said V then walked to the table where the members sat
I nodded and began to take the food that was already available. Lines of Korean and international food neatly arranged on the buffet table. I took pasta, grilled chicken and fruit salad. Then I walked and sat down at the table near the exit.
I was eating my salad when V sat in front of me with a happy face.
"You only eat that much?", Asked V, raising his eyebrows
"Ye, wae?" I asked, confused
"Will you be full? ... no wonder your body is small", replied V chuckled
I just shrugged at his words.
"Sofia ssi ... you didn't tell anyone about this, did you?", Asked V in a low voice
"Of course ...", I replied short while chewing grilled chicken
"I think Jimin and Suga hyung are suspicious, they keep asking what I've been doing with you lately ...", he said, glancing at his friends
"Jinjja?", I turned my face and I saw Yoongi looking at us sharply. My relationship with Yoongi recently is not as usual. He seemed to be getting away even though he wasn't cold as before.
At first I thought he was acting like that because he was still angry because I told Tae about our marriage, but it seems like he did it because he was disappointed by my decision to forget our past.
I lowered my face to stare at the plate in front of me. What should I do? I promised V to help him, but it seems like he misunderstood us.
"Sofia ssi, this is the final design ... I added a simple hook", he said while showing a photo of the bracelet he had drawn on his cellphone
"Arasso ... I think it will be simple and elegant", I said when I saw the picture on his cellphone
"Can you make these seven bracelets in just one month?", Asked V doubtfully
"Ye ... just leave it to me. 7 bracelets with 7 colors like their microphone, right?", I repeated with a smile and returned the cellphone
"Ye", he replied, showing his boxy smile
"Taehyung~aah, let's get ready .." Jimin called as he approached our seats
"Huh? Right now?", Asked V looking at him, hastily hiding his cellphone
"Ye, kajja! Sorry Sofia ssi, we have to borrow Taehyung now", said Jimin chuckled when he arrived at our table
"Ye, gwanchana ...", I replied embarrassed
"Noona ... what are you doing? You guys look like you're having fun ...", this time Jungkook came over to us
"Ani, we just chatted , nothing serious, jinjja ...", I laughed nervously
Then I saw Yoongi passing beside our table without even turning around, as if he didn't see the crowd around my table.
"Sofia ssi ... I rely on you ...", said V, bowing and walking away with the other members
"Ne," I replied, bowing over to them
"What is it all about?", asked Jimin confused while looking at V
After they all left the room, I sat back down and continued my dinner. I took out my cellphone and typed a message for Yoongi.
"Yeobo, good luck for today's concert! Fighting !!", I wrote
Even though he's been ignorant of me lately, but I still send messages to him every day, according to the rules he made in the past. Sometimes he replied with a short message, but more often he would just ignore it.
*Ting
"Ye", he answered the message briefly
I sighed at the message which contained only one word. Gosh, I'm really confused about how to deal with him. At one time he is very kind and caring, but at other times he can be annoying and childish, then he will be cold and even tend to be rude. I really didn't understand him.
After my dinner finished, I immediately returned to the dressing room, made sure everything was ready and waited for the members to get ready for the concert.
6 hours later ...
One by one the members entered the waiting room with sweat all over their bodies. All the staff in the room applauded and never stopped saying congratulations and thanks for working hard.
"Kamsahamnida, you guys have also worked hard", said the members over and over to the entire staff
The concert has just ended which marks the end of the "Love Yourself" tour. After this we will return to Korea and then go back to America for a comeback as well as the launch of BTS's new album.
"Let's take a group photo", said the pretty assistant director, Park Soyun, while directing the members to pose
I left the waiting room to get some extra towels. Currently they still have to shoot the films and celebrate after the concert.
"Is it finished? Kamsahamnida", said Jin to the director
"Ye. You can rest, we'll just take a few pictures", replied the director kindly
After that the stylists helped the members change clothes, dry their sweat and took off the microphones and all the accessories that had been used during the concert.
The atmosphere in the room was quite busy, filled with laughter and chatter. I was helping Jhope remove the necklace and ring he was wearing. On the sofa, Jungkook and Jin were chatting while eating the cakes. while Jimin and V were laughing while looking at something funny on their cell phones.
"I was so touched earlier", said Jin as he wiped his sweat
"Ye. All of you have done your best !! Now we focus on our new album ...", said RM encouraging all his friends
"Hobby~ let's have a drink after this", suddenly Suga came over to us
"Huh? You want to drink somewhere?", Asked Jhope, handing me several rings
"No. Just in my room, Jin hyung and JK will also come ...", said Suga while giving his bracelet and ring to me too
"Arasso ..", replied Jhope
"Suga ssi ... you're amazing today!", A woman's voice came from behind me
"Oh, Soyun~aah gomawo", replied Suga to the assistant director
"Tomorrow you will return to Seoul, umm do you have time if I invite you to drink coffee?", She asked blushing
Jhope and I immediately turned our eyes to Soyun, even Jhope raised his eyebrows in surprise.
"Huh? ...", said Suga frowning as he looked at her
"Umm but if you're busy it's okay, I'm sorry ...", said Soyun hastily
"Ani. Gwaenchana ... Tuesday night after practice, is it okay?", Asked Suga, smiling at her
"Ye. Of course. I'll call you later then. Bye, see you later ...", she said with a smile as she left us
Wait, what ? What just happened?? Are they going on a date??. Somehow I feel very annoyed knowing this. I gripped the accessories in my hand tightly while glancing at the back of Yoongi's head.
"Hyung? are you guys going on a date? Jinjja ?? I can't believe it. Do you like her?", Asked Jhope, chuckling and shutting his mouth in disbelief
"Wae? Why can't I go on a date? Besides, she's beautiful, right ...", replied Suga, chuckled and glanced at me
"Ne .. she's really beautiful. Wow, I never thought you would say yes to her invitation ... daebak, right, Sofia ssi?", Said Jhope still laughing while looking at me
"Huh? Ye, daebak," I replied softly, trying not to make eye contact with Yoongi
"Don't ever waste the opportunity that comes, hoba ... you never know what will happen ...", said Suga while giving his last necklace in my hand
"Kamsahamnida ...", I replied looking at him then quickly lowered my face again
"Is that all? I'll go then. Thank you for your hard work today .." I said while bowing to Jhope and Suga, then left the waiting room in a hurry
Gomawo sofia ssi. You've worked hard too", replied Jhope to me
When I was outside the room I stood staring at the accessories in my hand. Why is it hurt? Am I jealous of them?, I thought, rubbing my chest slowly. Ah, seriously! I don't have any feelings for Yoongi, why should I be jealous ?!, I thought.
I took a few breaths before continuing to walk towards the changing room. I guess I'm just annoyed that Yoongi asked her out right in front of me.
"See! He's the one, who flirting with the woman in front of me, how dare he accused me flirting with V! How annoying!!", I complained while returning the accessories I had brought into the box with annoyance
"Gwaencahana, Sofia ssi?", A voice asked from beside me
"Omo !! Aahh ... oenni you startled me", I whined, holding my chest
"Wae? I'm just asking, looks like you're annoyed by something", said Youra chuckled seeing me
"Ye. I'm annoyed at someone ...", I replied still frowning
"Who ??", Asked Youra as she helped put the accessories into the box
"My husband!", I replied without realizing it
"Huh? Did you fight with your husband?", She asked curiously so she stopped her activities and looked at me carefully
"Huh? What ??", I asked confused
"You said you were annoyed with your husband, did something happen between you?", Youra repeated
"My husband? Did I say that?", I asked again trying to remember what I had said earlier
"Ne," Youra replied
"Ah gwaenchana. He's just annoying me right now, haha it's not a big thing ...", I laughed awkwardly
"Jinjja? Haha Sofia ssi, usually when men often annoy you it's a sign that he wants more attention from you", Youra said smiling at me
"Jinjja? How strange ..." I replied, frowning
"Believe me, because my husband used to be like that ...", she replied, patting my shoulder and left me with a big smile on her face
I just shook my head at Youra's words. I've had been in relationships before, and neither of them were ever so annoying just to get my attention, I thought.
Never mind, that is his life, if he is dating other women it's not my business right? After all we are going to separate sooner or later, I thought gloomily ...
