If they are too young, he raises them until he can't hold back anymore. Thousands of women from teens to thirty years of age have been defiled and tormented by his disgusting hands.  Even the kids they end up giving birth to are no different. He is like a living, breathing embodiment of evil. All of his crimes are covered up, and the families that have become victims were all silenced or put to death. He never did anything within the city, always the small villages and slums.
