Bab 2403: Next Target 

The moment he saw Minos appear next to him, the level 100 Sovereign paled at the sight of his enemy crossing the space so quickly, appearing next to him while aiming a punch at his face.

Minos was at level 102, while he was at level 100. Not only that, neither his divine ability nor his innate ability was related to speed or reaction capacity. 

He saw the enemy appear next to him, but could do nothing to dodge or even protect himself!

The level 100 Sovereign only felt the moment of touch between Minos' fingers and his left cheek, before he died, his skull shattering, his brains scattering in the opposite direction of Minos' blow.
