The Spiritual Church was an organization that had its ideals above those of states like those in the northern region, Albano, Vogel, Flaming Empire, etc. But every power consisted of living beings with their freedoms and preferences.

As such, there were factions within the Church, groups that could be more or less friendly or hostile to others.
