Bab 146: Zaxoni Artheus

Her thoughts coveting a position that had never been hers or ever will be. He had called her and informed her that she will be given a Lord husband of a decent rank, but her reaction so far had been... disappointing. He informed her nonetheless, if she sought death, then it was up to her.

"A Lord husband has been selected for you." Left elite maid felt a roaring in her ears. She knew this day was supposed to come, but not so soon.

Had she not done her duty well?
