The carriage that the 3rd prince was on suddenly was hit by a powerful force. The carriage was thrown to the side and shattered into pieces.

But then before the assassins could react, they are already being surrounded by many figures and they were all captured.

The 3rd prince walked out from behind the soldiers and glared at the assassins.

"Who ordered the hit?" the 3rd prince asked one of the assassins being pinned to the ground.

But that guy did not answer.

And what surprised the prince is that when he removed the mask of that person, he did not have any gem on his forehead.

He suddenly frowned and then looks at the guy incredulously.

He then remembers Xin Wei who is actually someone who also does not have any gems. He had learned what had happened to him from his investigation and deep inside him, he is suspecting that Xin Wei has some grudge against the royal family.
