The euphoria of absorbing pure Qi energy and using it did not last that long as the creature became a bit weak after spraying those water bullets to the two humans in front of it. When the monster stopped its attack it suddenly became weak as if it has expended all of its energy and its body turned into jelly.

On one side, Zhi Henya has already made a small stack of folded paper filled with cyphy arrays. She has already stopped a while ago and has decided to use the Qi in the air to slowly nourish her body. It is the first time that she is able to feel such an overwhelming aura that it made her continuously nourish her physique.

When the Qi in the air suddenly became sparse, she slowly opens her eyes and noticed the slumped gel-like creature on the ground at the same time the water around them is already dried up.

Even the walls of the sewer seem to have suddenly become sparkling clean.
