Doctor Su Tianxi is looking for Xin Wei because of what had happened in the Outer Sect competition last time. She saw how good he was in medicine and using acupuncture, hence she wanted his help in this Inner Sect competition.

Although Su Tianxi is an illegitimate daughter of the Su Sect head, she still has the Su sect's welfare and interest in mind. She grew up in the sect and attended the university with the help of the sect. So after graduation, she has already begun working for the sect and helping the disciples with their wounds.

But because she is not adept at using Qi she could only serve the Outer Sect disciples as a doctor. This is because the wounds that the Inner Sect disciples would sometimes get are not something that a mere doctor like her could cure.
