Bab 217: Drinking the soul-sucking spring

Fu Jie took a deep breath in and tried to control his heart. He started trying to sense the soul-sucking spring inside his body and eventually, he was a bit successful. 

For others, drinking such a thing that was good at sucking out your spiritual core didn't really sound all that good of an idea. 

However, for Fu Jie, this sounded like the perfect idea. 

The soul-sucking spring had the power to suck in spiritual core from others. 

It was much alike the ring that Sect Master Xiao had given to Fu Jie. That ring could also absorb the lightning and store it for future usage purposes. If there was a difference between the two, it would probably be the fact that the ring could only absorb energy while this spring could not only absorb spiritual energy but could also absorb the whole spiritual core, stripping it away from the original owner. 

If such a thing was digested, would it not pass on its ability to the host...?
