"I was the one that hid my real identity from you," Fu Jie continued and thankfully, there was no one around that didn't know about Fu Jie's real identity as Liu Fu Jie. 

"N-no! you did nothing wrong!" Chen Qiao immediately exclaimed as he waved his hands in front of his face in denial, "It was me! I was the one who judged you without even getting to know you...! I thought Xia Didi was a fun person and I thought Liu Fu Jie was a bastard who deserved to be thrown in prison. Now that I think about it... I was pretty stupid..." 

Fu Jie nodded his head slightly, silently agreeing with the man as he heard this and waited for him to continue. 

"When I found out that the bastard Liu Fu Jie was none other than Xia Didi, I felt betrayed," Chen Qiao confessed and Fu Jie couldn't help but understand the man. 

He would have also felt betrayed if he found out that the person he hated had disguised himself as one of his friends.
