The room came into a standstill as they stared at each other, seizing what the other was thinking. 

"Nicole—" 

She pushed him back to the sofa. "I'll get you a clean phone." 

"Thanks," he murmured and eased himself to the couch, piling some of the throw pillows in his back for him to feel comfortable. Everything hurts and he wished to god that Nicole would hurry with the damn phone before he lost consciousness again. 

He had been taken for almost five days. His father can be such an asshole when pissed. He let him do whatever he wanted from him because he was thinking that he would lose interest in using him as his punching bag once his men have Jess but he was wrong.
