Bab 78: Unlikely Request— Turned Hostile

"Young Master, are you sure you should be going to school? Especially after being 'kidnapped'?" Daniel asks me while making the quotation symbol with his fingers after I had freshened up and taken a long bath.

"I need a distraction. So school is the safest place for one thing and… we're still fighting." I gestured between the two of us after a long silence while Dan cocks an eyebrow with intrigue.

"Well, if you're heading to school then— Oh, I forgot we were fighting. And fighting tends to come with silent treatments." Dan smirks as he places a hand against his lips to keep the information to himself while I narrowed my eyes in his direction.

"You seem to be forgetting that I am your employer." I folded my arms while he shrugged and walked over towards me before applying something to my nape which felt cold.

"What are you doing…?" I groaned and traced my fingers against my nape when he hit them with something hard.
