Bab 12: 12.Land of Whirlpools
Naruto left the Uzumaki house of masks and made his way to the land of whirlpools which was the ruins of the Uzumaki village. On the way, he didn't meet any trouble as he used Kagura's mind eye to avoid any encounters with other Ninja. He had transformed himself using transformation jutsu. His strength was of high chunin level and if he combined with More More fruit, he would reach special Jonin level. So he didn't want to fight any unknown Ninjas. So he was more careful as he was outside the village.
After reading the original Manga, Naruto knew that his strength will reach Kage level if he can use Kurama's chakra freely and reach Super Kage level if he learns tailed beast mode and surpass it with sage mode. He knows that he has Ashura's chakra in himself which is dormant as of now and once he awakens it, he will be a lot stronger. In the original, Naruto wasted a lot of time on playing pranks and feeling lonely. Also the training with Jiraya was not fruitful as Jiraya would be busy sneaking away into hot springs and bath houses instead of seriously training Naruto.
If Jiraya had seriously trained Naruto in the original, Naruto might have reached Kage level instead of special Jonin in the time of three years that he went to train. Overall the time wasted was too great. And also after he became Hokage, he stopped training altogether as he was busy with paperwork and stuff. That was the reason he couldn't win against Momoshiki and Kinshiki and Sasuke was way stronger than him. But now, this Naruto has been training since he was a child and also with the help of More More fruit, he will reach new heights.
If he can use strength enhancement of 100 times using more more fruit in tailed beast mode, then he will be invincible and more stronger than opening the gate of death of hachimon Tenko. His single punch can probably decimate Obito with rinnegan and tailed beast. But for that, he needs to make his body a lot stronger to be able to use such force of the increased power and make sure that his hand is not shattered by the impact. So he uses increased weight using the fruit ability constantly to adapt and strengthen his body. It's more like gravity training, but even more effective.
Finally, after Travelling for three days, Naruto reached the end of the land of fire and finally saw water. After running on water for a while, he saw many spiralling whirlpools in the water. The land of whirlpools was an Island and the Uzumaki ruins were there. He needs to cross the whirlpools to reach the village. So he made his way over avoiding major whirlpools careful not to get sucked in and after running on water for half a day, he finally found land. He ran across and reached land only to see destroyed buildings and many other structures. He walked around the ruins and also found many skeletons laying there.
There were even some skeletons hugging small kids who were also just bones. Probably mothers protecting their children when they were slaughtered. The five great villages didn't show any mercy to the Uzumakis. That is including the Konoha. The reason for the destruction is mainly Konoha as Sarutobi Hiruzen didn't help the Uzumakis and must have relayed information on how to bypass their seals and enter the land of whirlpools. Otherwise it wouldn't be destroyed now. Hiruzen was the worst of the Hokage's and there is no answer why people respect him. He is no better than Danzo.
The case of Uchiha clan can be understood, but at the time of Hyuuga affair, Hiruzen clearly knew the innocence of the Hyuuga clan, but still sided with Kumo and demanded the Hyuuga to sacrifice someone. If I were the Hyuuga, I would have definitely sided with Uchiha clan and removed the Hokage long back. Naruto just sighed at the scene which reminded him of his destroyed world. He was pretty angry at that time which caused the destruction of the whole world. But he didn't regret it one bit. Anyone who stands in his way will be destroyed without mercy. No matter if it's a person or a village or the whole Ninja world.
Naruto then made his way through the village searching for the Uzumaki temple and finally found it. He then sat there taking out the scroll of sealing and practiced the impure world resurrection technique. It took him nearly a week to get the jutsu down. It was not the perfected version that was used by Orochimaru, but a crude version of the technique made by the second Hokage, but it was enough for him to get things done and bring back Minato. He knew that Minato would not attack him and he didn't need to control him and just ask him to give the other half of the Ninetails.
After learning the jutsu, he needed a sacrifice to get it done. So he exited the land of whirlpool in search of a human sacrifice. He crossed the water and went in the direction of hidden hot water village as it was the nearest village to the land of whirlpools. He just needed to find someone, better a ninja and knock him out and carry him back to the Uzumaki ruins. He already placed a teleportation seal in the Uzumaki ruins. He just needs to knock out a ninja and create a seal teleporting back with the sacrifice. Travelling for a whole day running on water and on land, he reached the Hidden hot water village.
