Bab 158: The Little Rebel

Back in the past, I used to be the head ache of the book meisters. Everyday, they would find me sneaking up behind them, grabbing books which were way above my reach, practicing spells behind bookshelves. 

In a way, I was a rebellious. As a dera noviche, I should have stayed in class and learned the ways of the Aryans, like all other noviches like me. But true to the name of my family, I am a song of the wind, I wished to roam free. The confines of the small room, the monotony of the teacher's voice droning on, the pesky tasks we were all given, I found all those to be bothersome.
