This time I continue my attacks. I will my whip to chase after the woman. She manages to evade all of my attacks, laughing happily all he while. She dances with my red whip, moving her body parts precisely to evade my weapon. No excess energy expended, her movements are accurate and precise. 

Shit! This isn't taking me anywhere. I could go all out, but….Shit! I have to catch this woman quickly before she catches on about who I am and decides to flee. 

I observe her more carefully.

She's moving in accordance to my attacks. No, she's already out of the way before the whip even makes its way for her. 

She's…no, she's not just fast. She isn't even looking at my attacks. This isn't speed that she's using to her advantage. She's using presence detection.
