The court case

Day 7 : 9 am

Noah Connors

Everyone was sitting in the courtroom. It was now the turn of Noah Connors to tell his story to the court. Noah sat unnerved on the stand he had been in a meeting with his solicitor for three hours last night after court to go through what he was to be expected in court and to go through his story of events once again before he was due to appear in court tomorrow at 9 am. He had been warned by Mr. McCann Mr. Greeves was sly and would stop at anything to make his plaintiffs look the good guys and everyone else’s look bad. ‘So Mr. Connors today I would like to talk to you about your relationship with Avery Collins, Mr. Benson and Mr. Thompson.’ He looked at Noah through his ice coloured eyes and his big dark eyebrows.

‘I believe that you and Miss. Collins knew each other?’

‘Objection your honour.’

‘Overruled continue Mr. Greeves.’

‘Your honour.’ He looked at Noah . ‘Did you or did you not know Miss. Collins ?’
