Bab 65: About the Competition

"Greetings, people of Alexei, as my beta has said, I have an important announcement. So lend me your ears. We are all aware that the pack needs a Luna, and we also know that your Luna, my mate, hasn't been sighted in the past nine months.

It pains me to do this, but I need someone by my side. I need someone I can rule with, so there will be a competition for the Luna position before the full moon, which is in a month. Any female above the age of fifteen is encouraged to participate.

Make no mistake, though, and no one will be favored in this competition. You have your mothers to and the Lunas of your packs to help you get ready for the choosing. I don't need a nagging Luna so that you know. Otherwise, I will have to send you to the dungeons.
