Shanhu's grandma was older than him.

Normally, he would not have said something to her, but what happened today was so terrible that the Village Chief had to speak about this. Lady Chaoyan was a savior for the Li Village. However, Shanhu's grandma was not convinced.

It was just a medical check-up. How could it be so serious?
