The story and character development was very good until the switch where the male lead and his antagonist became brothers. However, the story made it work and the author was able to pull it all together to make the storyline work. The reason it got low star rating was the ending. The author should have just left the ending as is and had Qianqian and Ah Chuan have a good wedding night and ended it there. However, the author made it turn weird and added unnecessary content…
I’m sucker for a good poor girl with hidden abilities story, and this one is no different. No real surprises, but the writing is solid and the characters are well fleshed out. I really like the interactions between the two leads and the pace of their development together. Give it a try!
It started to feel odd at about chapter 200. When she arrived at the set and encountered Yunxiao, she felt that he had the same aura as Z so she made a self-note that she will avoid him. Then all of a sudden, they became close in the next chapters saying that she was very comfortable with him, and they were siblings? What happened to the author? Did someone else continued his work or did he just forget about his plot?
Great book, keeps you entertained but weird ending that messed up the book. The author should have ended it and should have left out the weird ending. Story was good by itself.
Full of intrigue, humor, romance, sweetness, and a hilarious bunch of family members, this was a book I could not put down until the very end. However, the end was a bit...unique.
To be honest, this started good and it gave the impression that this was not written by a stupid author who just copies everything out there. It has logic, sense and stability in the first 200 chapters, I just don't know what happened after it. It all falls downhill in the entertainment arc. It started to feel dumb. It now became a face slapping scenes and it was not even made decently. There are moments that are cringey because they are highly unrealistic. Everyone started to be one dimensional character and the way they act and even their lines are looking the same. Some people don't even have distinct characters anymore. Like they are male but their lines and the way they speak sounds similar to those cannon fodder female characters. Also, the plot starts to convulate and be stagnant. There came the mistakenly exchanged kids trope and it was done very crudely. Just because someone saw that you look like their granma, they decided to do a dna. Its more like because they needed more plot armor for her. I didn't even know the reason why she has to be an actress when she's better at other things and she wanted to make money. Acting gives little money and it will took her 4 months to finish which is so OOC for her. She can use that time to create an empire, there's no legitimate reason why entertainment arc should proceed from this story other than the author has some wish fulfillment fetish to make her/his character famous and the only way she/he can think of was the dumb entertainment arc. I thought this book was smart and at least mature in its operation but I have a feeling that it change authors after the 200th chapter. It's sad, I at least was expecting a lot from this.
i have read this book on Wattpad first but it was not completed there so i have to come here to read it then i realised that i have to get coin for it and that broke my heart but i hope that i can read in future 🥲
It's such a good story. Trust me. Too many face-slapping but also too many details (for me). No unnecessary drama. I thought it can be best story like hidden marriage or she becomes glamorous after engagement annulment but the ending such a bummer, quite rush (?). And of course I'm expecting a good villain that can match main characters but nope. Still a good novel compare to others

I want to encourage the writer not to drop this story. very engaging and never a dull moment. I am only at page 600 and it's very gripping. Thank you for sharing story.
This novel is a pleasant surprise for me. I’ve just finished reading My Sweet Physician Wife Calls the Shot and somehow stumbled into this book. At first, I thought this book was inspired from Nuannuan’s story, but then I realized this is a spin off of MSPWCS. The ending perfectly tied everything together. I was so excited when I noticed it :) I very much recommend this novel, especially for those who (have) read MSPWCS. The only thing I could complain about is the ending seems a bit rushed. But overall, it’s a very good story👍👍

I have only read to ch 94 at this point but I believe this chapter is miss named because after the last 2 paragraph it should have been called splash damage
it took the FML 850 plus chapters to realize ML's love for her HAHA Tho I have first dropped this novel because I realized how fictional it was lol but then I realized that it was good.

The chapters are extremely short, but the characters are pretty great. There is good face-slapping. imo, this is one of the better translated novels that is about transmigration/rebirth.
“Saka, I know that you’re mad and you hate me, but you don’t have to deny who you are. I have been by your side since you were 5 years old, From your personalities to the little minor expressions on your face when you are mad, I know them well. I know you better than anyone else, even yourself. Even if you have a different face now and things are happening in the most bizarre manner, I will still be able to recognize you, no matter where you are.”
I absolutely love this novel. The female lead isn't like the rest who ignore her new family and is indifferent and lazy to explain herself. The mother loves her unlike others who want the child they raised rather than the "outsider". Her mother BTW is hilarious. I love that she is more like her family even though she's not the original body owner whether it's technology, robots, money, attitude she matches well with them. Husband is adorable and is just there. We are at how many chapters but he still is "in a wheelchair " so I'm excited when he decides to show up. I'm glad he knows psychology and understands her trauma with men even though she hasn't told him personally. Also looking forward to when he finds out she's Saka. AHHH there's just so much to love and look forward too!!!!
