Upon arriving at the arena Sora shockingly found that people had gathered. Yao Fei's sister, Yao Ling seemed to be a famous beauty within the clan. she was also the reason why Yao Fei could act as he wished without worry even though they had no might clan behind them.
"a deathmatch... before we start, let's talk. I did some reason into and your brother. your clan was destroyed you escaped with your bother who was badly injured but lucky was taken in by an elder of world-shattering sect. from then on you promised to work hard to protect your dear beloved brother from anything." Sora said lazily as he looked into Yao Ling's cold eyes

As soon as Sora nodded she rushed towards Sora with a sword, Sora got seriously as he took rushed towards her with a punch. Yao Ling stabbed forward with her palm, Sora seeing her combat style punched forward to meet the balm. but a sword suddenly appeared in her hands at the perfect moment, she moved to cut Sora's arm off, Sora's eyes widened as his hands were cut cleanly of, and was sent flying into the air.
Yao Ling didn't stop there as she aimed to stab Sora in his stomach, but Sora jumped back as he caught his arm which was caught off. Sora was not using his war god armor, or even its passive defense or power-up.
"Such sneaky attacks," Sora said with a smile as he placed his hands back, to everyone's shock they watched as the hand began to reattach itself. Yao Ling frowned as she sensed Sora was using solar energy to recover,
"The fact you can cut through the defense shows you skilled in the way of the sword, yet you're straight to the point and don't hold back against someone you consider to be weaker than you. could have gone for the kill, yet you wanted to give me a slow death..." Sora said as he felt his hand and seeing it was perfect he took out the golden staff.
"you're not simple. why is someone like you targeting my little brother." She said coldly
"Oh, shut up. a cultivator as blind as you. isn't it a waste to speak to you? now, let's have a good battle to the death. it's been a while since I felt my blood boiling." Sora said with a smile, Yao Ling snorted as she shot forward and began to fight Sora.
Sora and Yao Ling clashed and Sora was sent stumbling backward slightly. Yao Ling didn't stop and kept attacking, her sword flashed as a deep cut appeared across Sora's chest, if Sora didn't step back in time then he could have been cut in half.
Sora laughed as he swung his staff forward, but Tao Ling dodged all his attacks while landing blows on Sora. Sora's injuries healed at a shocking speed, much faster than in the past. this was mostly because he gained the Divine Combat Angel bloodline, that bloodline greatly improve his healing capability
as attacks landed on Sora, they would have healed in 5 seconds, those deeper ones took longer, but nothing stayed longer than a minute. this high-speed healing took up a lot of energy, but Sora was absorbing solar energy 24/7. he had enough.
thanks to the monkey King cultivation art, these injuries he was taking were helping his power grow. without even that, he was already turning the table around as he began using Yao Ling's other power against her. but although it seemed he was turning things around, Yao Ling suddenly released a frost Qi.
comprehending the Dao from level 1 to level 3 will give one Dao intent, but above that will be a special form of Qi one could use to better use the Dao. the Dao of frost gave one Frost Qi. energy which will chill a person to the bone upon contact.

Soon Sora had turned blue and had a hard time moving. Yao Ling on the other hand had used up a lot of her energy, Sora resistance was just too powerful.
as she breathed heavily, she suddenly froze as she saw Sora's eyes turn red and began to heat visions to heat himself up. his skin returns back to normal, shocking Yao Ling Sora who had broken through to mid-level 3 Iron rank took a deep breath, frost intent covered his fist shocking Yao Ling at this.
"that's right, I grow as I fight. come, let me beat you stupid." Sora said with a cold smile. Yao Ling gritted her teeth seeing Sora could still battle, she had to use full power to use power watching 0.1 counties, meanwhile Sora who went all out seemed to be able to fight for hours.
"oh, this is your limit? what a disappointment. I did gain a new Dao during this, I thought I could comprehend it to the same level as you." Sora said as he walked towards her, before kicking her to the ground and having her face her little brother who was watching all of this in disbelief.

Sora asked calmly, the brother and sister's faces went pale hearing this. Yao Ling didn't care about her life or death, but her brother was the most important thing to her.

"Haha. how cute. let me see if I can help you see the world with some slaps." Sora said with a smile as he cracked his fingers, suddenly slaps landed on her face. each slap was world-shaking, everyone was in shock at how cold Sora could be to hit such a beauty. if Sora could still get rage points, then he would have gained a shocking amount of points
"You dare." a handsome young man suddenly flew from a fair as he shot towards the arena, but before he could even arrive, a spear was shooting towards Sora. Sora frowned at the speed of his spear. it had a power of 0.2 counties
Sora in just base form now had 0.1 counties, Sora used the world lord fist and boost his power by 4 times, and caught the spear with slight difficulty. the handsome young man spears onto the stage in a blink of an eye as he coldly looked at Sora.
"you dare to hit my wife?" He said with killing intent which made the sky darken.
"My bad, I thought this was a battle to the death. I must have miss understood something. was this a tea party?" Sora asked with a mocking smile. the young man killing intent grew, he looked at Yao Fei's beaten face before looking back at Sora. if he didn't kill Sora then he will not be able to rest.
after giving a pill to her, he shot to attack Sora, and shockingly he was a peak-level 1 gold rank expert. that spear flew out of Sora's arm and into the young man's hands. Sora laughed as stopped using the world lord fist and entered the wrathful state which boost his power by 10 times and began a battle
the young man at the peak of level 1 had battled above even early level 2 experts. he had 1.1 counties of strength, while an early level 2 expert had just 1.
Sora was at a disadvantage but the difference in power was not too great. he only had 0.1 counties higher strength, not huge and also not small, just enough to give him the pressure Sora needed to master the wrathful state
the young man on the other hand was in shock at Sora who was only a mid-level 3 expert was this strong. he just got the news that his woman was being beaten, he rushed here without a second thought and didn't even ask about who the person was.
although shocked the young man snorted as he was covered with spear Qi, they battled and Sora was injured within a few minutes. covered in blood, spear intent remained in his body making it so he couldn't heal. yet the battle went on with Sora not getting weaker,

The young man suddenly froze upon seeing the slight chances to Sora. Sora's power suddenly doubled. Sora's strength shot to 2 counties on the spot, shocking him.
"What bloodline is this?" the young man said in shock, Sora smiled as he waved at him to come at him. but he didn't dare to, Sora snorted as he flashed and sent a rocketing punch to his face, the young man's face seemed to turn into a pancake before he was sent shooting off towards the place he came from
"Now, that trash got in the way of our deathmatch. how do you wish to die." Sora asked with could eyes, Yao Ling had already recovered from her injuries. that young man gave her a high-quality pill, she was of course enraged at Sora beating up her husband. she completely overlooked the fact this was a deathmatch, and it was against the sect rules for anyone to step in.
"If I don't kill you, then let my soul be eaten by a demon." She said coldly as she shot towards Sora, Sora breathed out slightly and released a cold breath which froze her lower half in ice. Yao Ling couldn't even fight back, she was helpless and could break the ice even in the slightest.
Suddenly Sora felt death as if some great evil was heading his way. without a second thought, he used the war god armor and took out his monkey king staff to meet an incoming beam. a shock wave spread from the clash which sent Yao Ling flying, but she was protected by some mysterious power
the beam broke through the staff, through his barrier which the war god armor put up, and through his body. Sora was sent flying back with a huge hole in his chest, one could see the whole behind him. yet, Sora was alive and could still fight
Sora quickly saw another beam heading his way. his mind turned to move drive mode as the sage eyes activated, the beam was quickly broken down and it was simple Qi which was shot at him, it had 5 counties of strength, capable of killing him 2 times over.
Sora quickly moved his body to have the beam hit the side of his body, causing another large hole to appear. Sora wanted to enter the self-movement state, but whoever was attacking didn't give him much time.
The sense of death filled Sora's whole being, Sora let out a yell as he pushed the wrathful state to the fullest. the war gold armor suddenly began glowing as it began evolving. the war god armor transformed as it took on a dark golden color which covered Sora, Sora's hair also grew as his strength improved once more.
Sora's armor began absorbing solar energy which is transformed to Sora to help Sora heal, this energy didn't just help Sora heal but even help in the cultivation of his 4 cultivation art at the same time.
that was not all as this armor boosts Sora by strength by 25%, in other worlds. Sora who just mastered the wrathful form allowing it to increase his power by 30 times, can now show power matching those with 3.7 counties of strength. was that all? of course not, as Sora was healing, and his power was growing.
With shocking speed, he broke through to late level 3, and in no time have reached the peak of level 3 iron rank. in just base form he had 0.2 counties of strength. times that by 37 times thanks to the wrathful state, and the war god armor, that was 7.4 counties. what about the sage eyes you ask, the sage eyes didn't give a boost in power, but a boost in energy, reflex, and speed. Som currently Sora had power in 9 counties.
at peak level 3 iron rank, Sora had combat strength above the normal late level 3 gold rank expert, which had a strength of 8 counties.
Suddenly a middle-aged man appeared in front of Sora, her eyes were cold with a hint of greed within them as he looked at Sora. but he looked into Sora's eyes, and of course, Sora used this chance to trap him in an illusion before kicking him in the ball with all his strength.
the illusion Sora put the old man a simple but powerful illusion, with Sora just standing there looking at the old man in shock. the old man of course will take some time to see it was an illusion, his mind was strong, but Sora's mind was not weak.
to gain the capability to use self-movement required a strong mind, to use the thought projection one also needed a strong mind. and all of this with the sage eyes which also improves one capability with illusions, plus the fact he was 37 times stronger, of cause this old man didn't notice a thing. plus, the fact he was off guard, there was no way he was going to see through this illusion so quickly
the kick which had everything Sora could offer slammed into the old man's balls, making the old man release a painful cry as he snapped out of the illusion. Sora of course knew this was the old man attacking him, his senses were not so weak to make this mistake.
The old man fell to the ground while holding his balls, but before anything a punch landed on his stomach making him struggle to breathe or even use Qi. as the old man fell to the ground, Sora took out the monkey king staff which was broken but had recovered.
Sora had it shrink and had it enter the middle-aged man's head, with a thought, that staff will destroy his brain. Yet Sora didn't stop with his blows as attacks rained on the middle-aged man's balls, stomach, neck, or head.
everyone watched this in shock, that elder was a mid-level 6 gold rank expert, yet before their eyes, he was in a sorry state and wasn't given the chance to even defend against Sora's attacks. those who were recording this almost dropped their recording items to the ground, but it was tier chance to gain wealth.
among them, Ling Yu who was watching sighed in relief. the demonic soul would have made a move to save Sora if Sora needed it, or she would have used her true yin energy to defend Sora, forcing the demonic soul to make a move.
Sora beat the middle-aged man until he was at a half-dead sit, it was then an elder from the sect appeared to stop Sora seeing Sora wasn't going to stop until this middle-aged man was dead.

everyone went quiet as this was the voice of the sect leader, even the sect leader was alerted by this. of course, he was, a level 3 iron rank disciple was beating up a level 6 gold rank elder. who would believe this?
"And Ling Han, you broke the rulers by attacking a core disciple and even an elder of the sect. as it was in self-defense, I will overlook this. but got you, master and disciple. you will be punished by the sect rulers, Yan Shi you will be sent to the front lines in the otherworldly battlefield" the voice sounded once more as Yah Shi the young man with the spear face went pale
"Elder Han, you have truly displeased me. you have failed as an elder, you are no longer a member of this sect. Your cultivation shall be destroyed, what the sect has given will be taken back. all karma shall be cut from this moment on." the voice slowly disappeared as Sora felt the middle-aged man's cultivation suddenly begin licking out of his body, as he was a Bollom which had a hole
Sora sensed his armor absorbing this energy, and slowly feeding to him. Sora didn't need to think as he auto cultivated just by having this armor on. this new ability of the armor was shocking, even the solar energy he absorbed was both quicker and stronger.
Sora had the armor transform into his normal clothing before looking around, he had no idea what he should do now. but looking at everything he gained today, he went from early level 3 to peak level 3 just like that. he also mastered the wrathful transformation and his armor evolved and allowed him to auto cultivate all of his cultivation art.
the armor also now helped in his healing, and the barrier it formed was now 25% stronger than even his full-power attack. although Sora was disappointed that the boost in strength was only 25%, he felt like this improvement in strength, upon calming down, Sora felt that the armor was still evolving. it just needed energy and time. it seemed the armor put him first, so the evolution was all set to support him in recovery. and stronger defense. strength seemed to need a bit more time

Sora could now fight those 2 ranks above his own strength, but he could do better, he had just mastered the wrathful state, now he only needs to master the world lord fist, and after which he needs to learn to be in a calm state as he uses these two abilities together.
they will be 600 times his base form, not to mention the sage eyes. so that will have the power of 120 counties. and if he could also add the self-movement technique to that, that will be 6,000 counties. although he will most likely explode from such power, and the backlash he will get from using it is scary to think about. he was still unable to hold himself back thing about that power.

as for trouble, was Sora the type to care about trouble heading his way? he was going to beat that elder to death if the sect leader didn't make a move, lowkey cultivation was boring, that feeling of death and being pushed to your limits. that feeling of breaking that limitation down and overcoming death, that is what Sora lived for.
anyways Sora returned back home with Ling Yu and went on to sleep, he pushed his body to the limits and felt sleepy. with Ling Yu in his hands, Sora fell asleep for the first time in years. but as soon as he fell asleep, Sora appeared within space on a boat that was flying through space at a shocking speed
"You're..." Sora said in shock seeing Ling Han was standing before him, but his voice couldn't travel within space. Ling Han seeing this remembered Sora was only at the iron rank, he waved his hands and had a domain of air cover them.
"... how did I get here?" Sora asked in shock,
"I used the connection between use to pull your soul here." He said with a smile as looked at Sora, Sora nodded in understanding. with the karma with the Pure water sect or even the Ling Clan, the karma between them was strong.
"So, why have you summoned me here?" Sora asked calmly. if Ling Han wanted to kill him, Sora was sure he would have died long ago. the fact Ling Han didn't kill him meant he wanted to talk.
"How about you accept me as your master. we have strong karma together." Ling Han said with a smile. But Sora shook his head
"you're my brother-in-law, I can't have you also become my master. to complex, plus I feel like I'm more talented." Sora said with a smile. Ling Han laughed slightly as he nodded
"You are my brother... but I'm sure I'm more talented. even with that self-movement technique of yours, I believe you can barely skip 2 ranks right. a whole night went by like that, and morning came Ling Han sent Sora off. he will call him back tomorrow when he went to sleep,
