Adam was sitting on his room inside Hotel Valhalla, wondering what Hestia would cook, "Oh hey," Adam waved to nowhere in particular, "I read some of the comments in the last chapter, and wanted to ask... did you guys really expect me... to be strong enough to face... the big ass snake or the bad doggie just like that?" He chuckled, "People expect so much from me, honestly I'm flattered... heck some even complain about my pranks... when they are the only things that keep me from ending it all... from remembering every single second of excruciating suffering..." at this Adam's eyes turned almost lifeless, his demeanor darkening.
"Hey Adam," the author poked the young god, breaking his dangerous train of thought.
"Sorry," Adam chuckled, "I guess I have some shit to work through, oh well... what was I saying, oh yeah, well... guys I will become strong... I have something I want to protect after all... as cliche as that sounds," he snorted, "But... give me a break, Zeus... god hate that man... anyway, that guy trained for a long time to match his big old cannibal daddy, and even then the war lasted a looooong time, so... yeah," he winked once again to nowhere in particular, "I will become strong... and at one point I will have to face the realities I lived in Tartarus... but not today..." his voice darkened once again, "Not today,"
